Extensive range of equipment
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment includes high precision milling machines, with CNC 3 and 5 axis capability, as well as CNC routing and turning. The capacity to produce CNC machined parts enables us to produce large orders with a high degree of repeatability, which reduces production line stoppages for our customers, as well as a high degree of automation, which reduces labor costs and enables us to be extremely cost-effective. It also ensures that we are able to replicate machined parts with complex radiuses and tight tolerances, with high degrees of fidelity to the original design. Equally, we are able to work with our customers to produce small-scale, custom machined orders for individual projects and prototypes.

The combination of our extensive equipment and our engineering expertise means that we are able to work with a comprehensive portfolio of materials when manufacturing your machined parts.
