Joined Lamsco in November 2006. Since then she has carried out roles as CSR, CS Manager, Director of Business Development and now Global Business Development Director since July 2021. Jessica's focus is primarily on First Tier Suppliers Worldwide, APAC, Northrop and Distribution. Within her role she provides insightful market coverage analysis and development of key accounts. Joined Lamsco in 1997 as the CS Manager.  Prior to joining Lamsco, Sandi served as Senior Account Executive with Burbank Aircraft Supply for 17 years where she managed the Domestic Airline Sales Department. In her latter years at BAS she managed the American Airlines JIT program which consisted of buying, purchasing and managing over 28,000 line items.  In 2014 Sandi was promoted to Director of Sales.

Noelle brings over 10 years of experience in managing multiple international accounts with focus in the Asia Pacific region. Her performance has achieved awards from Fortune 500 companies in performance and customer service.

Joined Lamsco in 2007 as Produciton Control Mgr. Before joining Lamsco Ralph served in the US Navy’s Construction Battalion (Seabees) and worked for Time Warner and Panasonic where he developed his operations management and supply chain skills. Ralph was Director of Supply Chain for Lamsco. In  August 2020 Ralph was appointed as Director of Operaions for Lamsco West Inc.

Joined Lamsco in 2007 in as Buyer. She transferred to Production Control after her first year and became Production Control Assistant Manager in 2009.  She progressed in late 2019 to the Boeing and Spirit Account Manager.  She has 13 years of experience working closely with Boeing sites.  She has assisted in leading Lamsco to 11 out of 12 Silver Supplier Awards and Boeing’s Supplier of the Year for 2013.

Joined Lamsco in 1983. During his 37 years at Lamsco Rick has progressed from the shop floor through most technical aspects of the operation. Estimating, Purchasing, IT, QA, and Operations. Rick’s biggest accomplishment is having developed the integrated ERP system, which is in use today. He is responsible for all aspects of technology, innovation, and IT logistics for processing work.

Joined Lamsco in 2018 as Process Eng. Director. David has over 38 years of experience in aerospace engineering and operations.  This experience includes expanding manufacturing facilities in 7 countries on four continents.  His background encompasses depth knowledge of several manufacturing methods including exotic non-traditional methods.  He has an extensive background in material science relating to metallic alloys and composite materials.  He has worked in the airframe, jet engine, missile, rocket and satellite industries.

Joined Lamsco in 2019 from Triumph Aerospace where he served as Manager of Technical Operations. Daniel brings over 35 years of engineering experience in manufacturing engineering, program managment, Liaison Engineering to implement special processes and new product introduction. He has also served on teams responsible for ERP and CAD/CAM selection and implementation, AS9100 Revision Compliance, and Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing.
