When used alongside 4 and 5-axis capabilities, 3-axis milling machines allow us to create simple machine parts in aluminum as well as a range of hard metals.

3-axis CNC machining
CNC  - or Computer Numerical Controlled- Milling utilizes precision computer controls to drive rotating, multi-point cutting tools. This process allows us to produce component parts with precision to meet our clients’ exact specification.
A 3-axis milling machine offers the capacity to simultaneously move along three different axes, offering a level of precision that is sufficient for many aircraft components. In instances where a greater complexity or precision is required, 4 and 5-axis milling machines are available, which allow the machine to operate on four and five axes respectively to offer greater flexibility in production. All of our CNC milling machines are operated by skilled technicians and engineers who are trained and highly experienced in using CADCAM software for fully integrated designs.
